Mycotoxins T-2 Toxin 200ppb Rapid Test Strip for grain and feed

Description

T-2 toxin rapid Test is based on  immuno-chromatography technique. It is convenient, fast, sensitive and can be used for on-site large-scale testing.

After the gold microwells  was dissolved by the sample, it was incubated at room temperature for 3 minutes, and the test strip was inserted into the microwell for 5 minutes of reaction. Interpret the results based on the color depth of T line and C line. 

Limit of detection:

200ppb (μg/kg) for following samples

Food crops: wheat, barley, corn, soybeans, soybeans, sorghum, peanuts, oats, etc.;

Feed materials: various food crops bran, cotton meal, rapeseed meal, rice bran, distiller's grains, DDGS, sprayed corn bran, etc.;

Finished feed: livestock and poultry feed (including silage);

Equipment and reagents to be used but not provided

1 Micropipette

2 Electronic balance

3 Vortex instrument

4 Centrifuge

5. 50% ethanol-water solution: Accurately measure 50mL ethanol (analytical grade) and 50mL deionized water, mix well and set aside .

 Sample Preparation: 

1.Grind the sample into powder;

2. Weigh 1.00±0.05g homogenized sample into a 10mL centrifuge tube;

3. Add 4mL 50% ethanol-water solution(Cotton meal, bran and other highly absorbent samples,  silage samples need 6ml), vortex for 5min, or wait for stratification;

4. Pipette 300μl supernatant into 500 μl sample diluent, (Cotton meal, bran and other highly absorbent samples,  silage samples: pipette 700 μl supernatant into 300 μl sample diluent), mix well for next step.

 Test Progress

1. Pipette 200 μL of the sample to be tested into the gold microwell, carefully pipette until the purple particles are completely dissolved (note: be gentle when pipetting to avoid air bubbles), and incubate at room temperature for 3 minutes;

2 Insert the test strip into the gold microwell. fully immerse the sample pad in the sample and react for 5 minutes;

3 Take out the test strip from the microwell, discard the sample pad, and interpret the result within 1 minute.

Negative: C ≥ T; Positive: C < T

Invalid: C Line does not show up
