[Storage instructions] 

1. Store the kit at 2-8℃. The shelf life is 12 months when the kit is properly stored. 

2. Return unused micro-wells to the foil bag and reseal them together with the provided desiccant and further store at 2-8℃.

2. Reagent: 

a. Acetonitrile (AR)

b. Distilled water

[Reagent Preparation]

1. Sample dilution A: Mix 1 volume of the 4×concentrated sample dilution A with 3 volumes of distilled water. 

2. Oxidant: Mix 1 volume of the 10×concentrated Oxidant with 9 volumes of acetonitrile. (Please use it immediately. No storage.) 

3. Washing solution: Mix 1 volume of the 20× concentrated washing solution with 19 volumes of distilled water. 

4. Standard solution: Mix 1 volume of the 20× concentrated standard solution with 19 volumes of standard dilution. (Please use it immediately. No storage.)
